Refund & Return Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Catalog Holdings LLC (operator of bacwatercatalog.com) handles returns, refunds, and damaged shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions below.
Returns of Unopened Product
Due to the sterile nature of bacteriostatic water, we accept returns of unopened, sealed product only, within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once received and confirmed unopened, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Opened Product
Opened or used product is non-returnable for safety and sterility reasons. Exceptions are made for damaged or defective product as described above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment and issue a replacement or refund if it cannot be recovered.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Use our Contact page and include your order number, the issue, and any relevant photos. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
