This Shipping Policy explains how Catalog Holdings LLC (operator of bacwatercatalog.com) processes and ships orders.

Where We Ship

We ship to United States addresses only — all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Method & Cost

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $5.50 per order, regardless of quantity. The flat shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed over a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.

Delivery Time

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days after an order ships. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost in transit, contact us within 7 days — see our Refund & Return Policy for how we handle replacements and refunds.
